WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in case of defective product or incorrect shipment and if the returned products are in the same condition in which the customer received them, i.e. without being unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, together with the relevant retail receipt or invoice.  To avoid inconvenience, it is good for the customer to check carefully at the time of delivery of the order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg wrong type, etc.).
