WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
● When filling out a contact form, we ask for a full name and email address.
● When you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your email address.
● When registering in the online store, fill out a registration form
where we ask for your email and password.
In order to start the transaction of our online store with potential customers, it is necessary for customers to disclose some of their personal data. When the customer places an order, he will be asked for it his full name, the address to which the products will be sent, the landline telephone (or any other telephone number he wishes to disclose), his email address and if he chooses payments by card also credit card number and expiration date is required.
WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?

• The data you fill in to start your online store transaction is used to verify your credit card details in order to complete the payment, to process your order and to ship your products. We will also send you a receipt by email and we can use your phone number to contact you about your delivery.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH THIS INFORMATION?
Regarding the information resulting from the newsletter, the contact form and the registration email on the website, your information is stored in our database and is not shared with third parties. We will not use this information to make automated decisions that may affect you.
As part of our activities, in case you are interested in cooperating with our company, we may share your information with our third party external partners in order to get in touch with you and to explore the possibility of cooperating with you.
Regarding the transactions, the relevant data of the customer are registered in the environment of the competent bank (eg credit card number and its expiration date) in order to complete the payment process of the ordered products, and are deleted after the transaction. The personal data of the customers, except for the above-mentioned information disclosed to the bank, the company with the consent of the customers, can use them for their information about promotions and updates for its products.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Once you create an account with us, the information of your orders is kept in the database of our company, until the expiration of the claims that may arise from the transactions, according to the legislation. The data registered in the environment of the competent bank and related to the processing of transactions, such as the credit card number and the expiration date, are not kept by our company.
Regarding the data resulting from the newsletter and the contact form, the information is kept as long as you consent to your information about our products or for promotions of our company.
RIGHT TO EXPRESS COMPLAINT

In case of Cash on Delivery, you are required to inform us with a bank account
(Name of Beneficiary, Bank, IBAN Account), so that we can deposit it there.

Allow us 5 (five) working days for a refund, from the day of receipt of the returned product.
We recommend that you keep a copy of the shipping document from the courier and the document purchase of returned products until we process your refund.
