Emma tea tin | La Via del Te
It is said that the first plant of Camellia arrived in Italy, at the Royal Palace of Caserta, in 1760, as a pledge of love by Admiral Nelson to lady Emma Hamilton, the beautiful adventurer and wife of the British ambassador in Naples. This blend of black tea from India and China with the fragrance of lichee, lemon and ginger is dedicated to her.
Aroma/Fragrance: fruity and citrusy, sweet wood notes
Color: dark orange
Flavour: well balanced, slightly tannic, fruity, spicy notes
Preparation: 2,5 gr. x 200 cc. of natural mineral water at 90°. Infusion time 3 minutes.
Tip! It goes well with any cake, but the perfect matching is with chocolate cookies and shortbread and apple cake.
